recently my best friend experienced heartbreak for the first time - i was in London a million miles away - sharing the load of a heavy heart through words was our only solace.

just before i left london i spent the afternoon at Hampstead Heath basking in the winter sunshine - an hour after these shots were taken we had an incredible snow storm, which ridiculously shut the entire city down.
